RoadSafe DOT Booking Policy Scheduling Appointments To schedule a DOT exam, you may use our online booking system or call us at 908-505-2202. We recommend booking at least several days in advance to ensure availability. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent needs but are not always guaranteed. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee applies to cancellations made less than one hour before the appointment. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. Arrival and Late Policy Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and paperwork. Late arrivals may require rescheduling and may incur a service fee. Pre‑Appointment Paperwork (3bExam Portal) All appointments will be reviewed for scheduling approval. Once appointment has been approved, a confirmation email will be sent with a link to our DOT exam portal (3bExam) to complete required registration & DOT physical forms. Incomplete paperwork at the time of your visit may result in a service fee. Emergencies and After-Hours For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent DOT-related matters after hours, please use our after-hours line. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of service. A credit card is required for online bookings to secure your appointment and cover any applicable fees. We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
