Cancellation Policy

The RoadSafe DOT Booking Policy: To schedule an appointment with RoadSafe DOT, please contact us via phone at 908-505-2202 or use our online booking system, ideally two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Same-day appointments may be possible for urgent needs but are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee, which applies to cancellations made less than one hour before the appointment. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may lead to booking restrictions. Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and paperwork; late arrivals may require rescheduling and incur a service fee. Appointment reminders, sent one hour prior, include a link to our DOT exam portal (3bExam) for necessary pre-appointment paperwork, with a service fee applicable for incomplete forms. In emergencies, contact 911 or visit the nearest ER, and for urgent DOT issues after hours, use our after-hours line. Payment is due at the time of service, with credit cards required for online bookings to secure appointments and cover potential fees. We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
