Our comprehensive examination includes a detailed medical evaluation, urinalysis, blood pressure assessment, and hearing and vision screenings, all completed in approximately 20 minutes per driver. Upon booking with RoadSafe, you will receive a confirmation email that guides your staff through the online registration process to complete the electronic DOT forms. Our team will then arrive at your location promptly to conduct the exam, ensuring a seamless path to certification. Once the exam is completed, we provide the certification determination immediately. At this time, payment is collected, and you receive your certificate. Additionally, we handle all administrative tasks by electronically submitting your results to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Our online portal offers significant advantages, including access to all your staff's medical cards and automated renewal reminders, simplifying the process of maintaining DOT compliance for your team. *For the convenience of our mobile service, a nominal fee may be applied for on-site requests, and a modest service charge could be added for long-distance travel. Cancellation Policy
RoadSafe DOT Booking Policy Scheduling Appointments To schedule a DOT exam, you may use our online booking system or call us at 908-505-2202. We recommend booking at least several days in advance to ensure availability. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent needs but are not always guaranteed. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee applies to cancellations made less than one hour before the appointment. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. Arrival and Late Policy Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and paperwork. Late arrivals may require rescheduling and may incur a service fee. Pre‑Appointment Paperwork (3bExam Portal) All appointments will be reviewed for scheduling approval. Once appointment has been approved, a confirmation email will be sent with a link to our DOT exam portal (3bExam) to complete required registration & DOT physical forms. Incomplete paperwork at the time of your visit may result in a service fee. Emergencies and After-Hours For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent DOT-related matters after hours, please use our after-hours line. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of service. A credit card is required for online bookings to secure your appointment and cover any applicable fees. We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
