Service Description

Mobile DOT physical examination which includes exam, urinalysis, blood pressure, hearing, and vision screening. By bringing the exam to your location you avoid sitting in traffic, wasting gas, and losing time at work....keeping your hard-earned money where it belongs.....in your pocket! At the end of your exam, we will make our determination for certification. At this time, payment is collected and your determination &/or certificate are presented to you. We then electronically send your results to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). A small service charge may be applied for long-distance requests*.
